I'm making a groom's cake for this weekend, and I wanted to make "chocolate" fondant. I bought dark cocoa candy melts to do this, because I remembered reading on the bottom of the recipe that you can add them to MMF. However, when do I add them? Do I melt them with the marshmallows? Does it take more sugar when you do it this way? Does it make it too sticky? Please help!!!!!!!

I've never tried it but I have added cocoa powder to the melted marshmallows before adding the powdered sugar and it tastes delicious!If I were adding melted chocolate I would imagine you would add it to the melted marshmallows and then incorporate the powdered sugar until it's the right consistency..........but that's just a guess!
