I haven't made a chocolate transfer before. I have an idea for butterfly cake where I want to attach choco. transfer butterflies to florist wire so it looks like they are fluttering around above the cake.
Would that work?? Would they be too delicate to attach to a wire like that? Do chocolate transfers break easily?
Thanks for any advice or comments!
Gumpaste/Fondant/ or half gumpaste, half fondant would work for the wires. Otherwise, have you seen this tutorial yet?...

You might be able to get something like that to work on wires.
Here's a few links from the galleries with butterflies on wires. If you find one you like, you could PM the person who made them to see if they can give you directions on how they did it. There were way more cakes then this, if you want to take a peak, just type "butterflies" in the gallery search=) GL and HTH some, Jen
