I'm going to make my daughters wedding cake in three weeks.
She's wanting square cakes. The separator plates I've found on line are
odd size. I'm doing even such as 6,8,10,12. I don't want edges
showing at the bottom. It's going to be tiered with flowers
between each layer. I have never made a tiered cake before.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

You will want your seperator plates to be 1 inch larger than the cake, because the icing will add size to the cake. Ice the squares on their cake boards, place on seperator plate. Pipe border....Voila, bye bye seperator plate !
