I have this lady that said she wants a wedding cake with nutella and marshmellow cream mixed together for a filling for her three tiered stacked wedding cake icon_confused.gif . Will that even taste good and will it seep out the sides? Should I try to talk her out of that and how?

HI! I have never personally used Nutella on a cake before, but I have used it in other desserts. It is very thick (even thicker than peanut butter). I would think it would be quite nice mixed w/ marshmallow cream for both texture and flavor. If you used a well to hold it in, I don't think it would seep out. Maybe you could do a trial run to test it? Hopefully there will be someone else here who has actually used it!! icon_smile.gif Good luck w/ it.

If you do an icing dam it should be perfectly fine.

I've never had the combination but I can't see why it wouldn't be good. Chocolate and marshmallows are usually a good taste combination.

I've made this before and I just want to say:

MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM(slurp)MMMMMMMMMMMM

TexasSugar is right; if you dam it, it wont leak.
