I made a cake for my co-worker (she's leaving icon_sad.gif tear). It's has a ganache filling and is dripped over the top. It's right next to me, by my desk....is that ok?

Maybe, should I put it in the fridge an hour before serving?

What is the best way to serve ganache, chilled, room temp?

Thanks for your help

Keep it beside you. It is best at room temp. It sounds yummy!!
