I have never refridgerated my cakes once I put MMF on. I was to told regular fondant sweats once it comes out of the fridge. So, please tell me is it ok to fridgerate MMF or not? Thank you!!

With my experience no it is not a good idea. Once taken out it gets sweaty and sticky and gross. Your mmf covered cake will be good sitting out for a few days as long as you don't have a filling that goes bad sitting out. HTH

Do not put in the fridge! Been there done that and it did not turn out well. The cake got too soggy and start to crack and slide down the sides.
