Hello!

Some time ago I came across a cake ball/truffle recipe that was a little different in that an egg was added to it and the balls were re-baked in the oven. I quite liked this recipe as the resulting cake balls were not overly moist (wet) like the traditional cake ball recipe. Unfortunately I have misplaced my recipe and cannot seem to find it on the interent again.

It seems to me that I posted something about it but cannot for the life of me find it again.....is anyone familiar with what I am referring to? Does anyone have a similar recipe? I have a tonne of cake scraps and would like to use them however I am not a fan of the cake scrap/buttercream recipe that most people love.

Thanks in advance everyone!

I don't use that recipe. I just use cake with a little bit of cramer added to it.
