I've seen a few posts with pictures of gelatin flowers and would love to get instructions on how to make them. (They seem to be made with floral wire to outline the petals.) I have seen some where it was a jello mold with a flower form inside . . . thats not what I'm looking for. I want to make the ones where you can place the flowers as a cake decoration. Thanks!

You use the Knox gelatin to make the flowers. You make the forms with wire and dip them in the gelatin mixture and let them dry. I took a class at Country Kitchen Sweet Art on it. I will try to find the recipe for the mixture. YOu can use color in the gelatin but they don't recommend you use the flavored jello's.
