Hi terena and welcome! MMF is Marshmallow Fondant, a type of fondant that you make yourself instead of buying pre-made.

Hi Terena~ MMF is Marshmallow Fondant. It is a homemade fondant that is primarily made of marshmallows and powdered sugar. Find several versions in the Cake Central recipe section. I have used it on several occasions and it is very economical to make. I like Satin Ice, however, and purchase it from my cake supply store. MMF is WAAAAAAAAAAY MORE REASONABLE in cost, and a good fondant to learn with. Alot of people use it exclusively. Good luck!
Welcome!

MMF is the greatest stuff ever!!!!! I love it and try to use it as often as possible. I recommend it to everyone for their cakes. The best part is how cheap it is to make!
