Decided to attempt my first ever 'proper' cake. I want to make a VERY simple castle cake for my daughter's 6th birthday. Would really appreciate any photo's or instructions that you would kindly pass on. From the UK so not sure of some of the manufacturers and different icing terms you use. Please help me!! Claire

The wilton romantic castle is really nice. It is very easy. All you have to do is your regular tiered cake and then accent wwith the wilton romantic castle . good luck.

Hi

Thanks for the links and ideas, appreciated. Not sure my cake will ever come close to looking as stunning as the ones on this site, there sure are some talented cake makers out there.
