Birthday Cake For My Grandma And Her Friend

I hope someone here can atleast give me an idea or two. My grandma attends bingo every week at a nearby church rec center, with a friend of hers. My grandma's birthday is August 31st and her friends birthday is September 1st, so I was hoping to make them a cake to share with the rest of their friends there. It isn't going to be real big, just a 13x9, the easiest to cut into squares and serve in between rounds. I wanted to get some decorating suggestions from everyone here, maybe a bingo themed?? Any suggestions would help. Thanks all!
I just saw a bingo themed cake posted...look in the 'Lastest Uploads' section of the gallery and you'll see it. It was just posted with the last 30 minutes I think. Good luck!
You could always decorate the top of the cake like a BINGO card and then make bingo "chips" for the sides. Make some extra chips to put on top so that they have BINGO and win.
Actually, since it's to share with quite a few, I would maybe consider some cupcakes - decorate the top to be Bingo balls, or to spell BINGO, or top with a few chips, or other related stuff.
Good luck!
I was remembering a t-shirt I once saw that said "Happiness is yelling BINGO". So, for the heck of it, I did an image search on Google for bingo tshirts and got a few that look like fun ideas. Here's the link:

Oh, by the way, the "happiness..." t-shirt wasn't there. I like the expression, though.
