I haven't seen the minis in the pantastic. Personally, I haven't used any of the pantastic...are they good?

My minis are teflon coated, not too sure I like them as well as I would plain aluminum! They seem to cook very fast! Janice

I have used the Pantatic pans!! They are roughly the same as aluminum.Grease and flour the pan the same way you would others.Don't bake at temperatue any higher than 350.Bake the cake for same amount of time as a regular cake. They are great!! The minis though will have to adjust baking times as they are smaller!!
