I've looked here at at Earlenes and they show serving sizes for a two layer cake. I'm using a round 10" in the middle of a cupcake cake and it will be basically one layer. Should I just cut the two layer servings in half to get what this one layer will serve?

Thanks!

OKay if I am understanding you correctly...yes you would cut the number of servings for the 10 in. cake in half and then add that number to the number of cupcakes you have and that would give you your number of servings.
