Hello Everyone,
So my problem is--when i look at whipped cream covered cakes on CC, they look so neat and stable. Mine always turns out more melty and the colors seem to bleed together. I use the Wilton Stabilized Whipped Cream Icing recipe.

Many may be whipped icing but not whipped cream.
There are several things that are similar, Rich's Bettercream, and Frostin' pride, and Pastry Pride. These are whipped icings that are similar in taste to Cool Whip.
There are also a couple of buttercreams that are whipped.
Whipped cream on it's own or stabilized with gelatin is still 'risky' and, if you over whip it, you can have a mess.
