My 14 year old daughter is having a CSI birthday party, and I need some ideas for the cake. I was thinking of making Grisams desk/office with some files, and clues or something laying around. I saw some of the pictures on here of the mystery cakes, and the csi cakes... but does anyone have any other ideas for me?
thanks all icon_wink.gif

Maybe a CSI crime scene kit...carrying case, flashlight, swabs, gloves, orange glasses, fingerprint brushes, magnifying glass, evidence vials, etc.

What about a minature crime scene. Several episodes this season involved a serial killer who left minature models of the crime scene....one was a man slumped over on the kitchen table, one with a woman lying on her couch, etc.

Just a thought!!! Could be a challenge and really fun to do!

I don't know how challenged you want to be but something simple could be a chalk outline of a body and some crime scene tape...

Like someone else suggested, you could do a corpse cake. Then she could autopsy it. You should make the edges look like the yellow crime scene tape.
