Can someone please tell me how to cover a bowl with gumpaste without it not sticking. I want the shape of the bowl for the bottom of my grad hat. And how long does it need to dry before I take it off?

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and sprinkle some cornstarch or powdered sugar before you place the gumpaste. That should help make the gumpaste easier to remove.

Drying time depends on how thick your gumpaste is and how humid it is in your house.
