I want to make a wedding cake that has prints "inset". I was thinking of embossing the fondant to have a floral print. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to stamp/emboss the cake?

There are special embossing stamps you can buy for cakes. I've seen some pretty ones at sugarcraft.com, but I haven't ordered any from them yet...you might take a look.

I suggest you ice a dummy and practise ther is no turning back once done
