Hi,
I am opening a home buisness in europ but i don't have a good organisation! i work half time outside so i have 2 days in the week who i doesn't work.
When you have a wedding cake and the personn want to taste what do you make ??? do you take appointement?? do you make small cake ???
Do you have 1 or 2 days in the month just for appointment??
I really don't have idea 
I make into my cake "mousse" but i have approximativly 15 favors!
Do you work all week end or do you take 1 for you??
