I have a bride who wants a very simple two tiered wedding cake and I have already given her my price for it. Now she wants to add "a few" fondant roses to each tier and I don't know how to charge her. Any ideas?

I would charge at least $3.00 per rose.

Thanks for the link, prterrell! That's one thing I hadn't looked at in detail for pricing myself. I think that pricing seems right for roses!

Think of how long it takes you to make them, and how much you would like to make an hour for that work. I price myself at about $25 and each rose is $8.
