Not necessarily the recipe...but I'm always wondering about new cake/filling combinations to offer. Lately, I've gotten a lot of Peanut Butter chocolate cake orders which is just chocolate layers with PB chocolate chip buttercream filling and topped with Reese's cups. What are your favorites/most popular?...

Also, has anyone ever tried a Pina Colada cake? I saw a recipe in Cake Doctor and I want to try it-- sounds like fun

My personal favorite is chocolate cake with a dark chocolate orange ganache. But my best seller is almond pound cake with white chocolate orange ganache.

My family loves the white almond sour cream cake with lemon filling.

OOOOOH!!!!! Can I have some recipes?
I have recently had lots of req for choco cake w rasp/cream cheese filling but those others sound delicious!!!!!!!

It's a tie between my hummingbird cake with rum cream cheese frosting and my double chocolate cake with chocolate ganache. A close second is my french vanilla cake with strawberry buttercream.

Hazelnut Cake with Nutella Filling and Chocolate Hazelnut Ganache over Chocolate Buttercream !!!
Or the above with one layer being Chocolate Chocolate Chip cake !

The other is a Baileys Irish Cream cake layered with Chocolate Cake, 2 layers of each, filled with Chocolate Irish Cream Ganach whipped on 2 layers and Baileys Mousse in the center, iced with Chocolate Buttercream and topped with Chocolate Irish Cream Ganache !

Yummy! I would love love love if you could post the White Chocolate Orange Ganache receipe. That sounds like heaven!

I get this one a lot:

Basic Yellow cake, soaked in simple syrup (brandy/vanilla/amaretto), with pineapple filling. Buttercream flavored with almond and vanilla extract is always expected because it complements the flavor of the cake very well.
