I've seen these at several places and I was wondering if any of you have them or know about them and how to use them? I was thinking about getting one, but I don't think they come with instructions.

Are they the ones wilton makes?
Because I have some floral fondant cutters that were just released by Wilton... if those are what you are talking about. I could look at them when I get home from work for you.

The ones I saw were JEM or PME cutters. It cuts five petals at once, then you wrap them around a center piece of gumpaste one at a time. i haven't seen any new wilton ones yet. I have the old gumpaste set they make, but haven't had much luck with making those.
thanks mouse!

I also have the wilton gumpaste cutters.

Apparently JEM cutters are out of South Africa: http://jemcutters.co.za/frame.html
Maybe you could contact them for instructions
I can't seem to find anything else.

I have the Wilton set you post m0use.. it works really well .. or let me say this, if I knew how to make fondant roses well, it would lol.. the instructor in my class made one with it and it was really pretty .. I need to practice .. I just can't seem to get them right .. my roses always come out so long (the body length) .. dunno what I do wrong !
