I'm new to working with fondant, and have only tried the Wilton-out of the box kind. What is the difference between this and the MMF recipe on here? is there any difference when working with it, or in the finished product?
Thanks!

I've used each one only once. The MMF is easier to work with once you get the hang of it and it taste better. I was told by a co-worker this morning, who I made my last cake for, that she liked the taste of the fondant and that it was easy to cut. I used MMF on that cake.

MMF is better hands down, tastes better, looks better, works better. Costs less. I love MMF.
