That sounds so cool, I would think he would really appreciate it. Maybe just to be funny, you could make him loose his wig a little and put a 60 km or miles per hr sign on the side of the road and "speed marks" just to say that he is going over the limit? 
I am sure you will be able to get more ideas too.
