I have a request for a chocolate ganoush cake, like bassicaly a choc cake with a ganoush icing/frosting. Is this just a melted chocolate that I pour over the cake and let it set up?
help and recipe is needed
I found mine on www.foodnetwork.com I can't find my copy to share. I will go to this site again.
I make mine by heating 2 cups of heavy cream until not quite boiling and pour it over 6-8 cups of chocolate (not the melts) just Nestles in the bag. Keep mixing by hand with a wooden spoon until it looks shiny and it combined. Let cool down some then cover the cake.
