hi everyone. i have a 21st birthday cake to do for two of my cousins on saturday and was pretty much given carte blanche for the frosting and filling. it's gonna be a half sheet marble cake and i was told to pick what i thought was good for the filling and frosting.

it's gonna be a yankee theme, so i thought i would just do bc dream frosting with a fbct of the logo and pinstripes.

but... i need a kick-butt filling. one of my cousins wants chocolate, so i was thinking a chocolate cookies and cream? would people eat that? does anyone have any other ideas? i want it to floor everyone!

thanks so much!!

I've made the cookies and cream filling recipe from this site using the oreos with the chocolate cream filling and everyone loved it!
Hope this helps!

It's loosly based on the recipe from this site.
I take some oreos and make them into crumbs in my cuisanart.
I take some more oreos and just blend them until they are small/medium chunks.
Mix that with my buttercream dream icing and fill--everyones favorite so far!
(sorry, I don't measure anything but it doesn't take a lot of oreos.
