Brownies! Can Make And Freeze Them???

I have a grad party to bake for and they want a couple hundred brownies!! I am doing a personal coffee cup cake for the grad but they want brownies and decorated cookies for the guests! I know I can freeze cookies 'cause I do it all the time BUT I've never froze brownies! Can someone please help me?? TIA

Yes you can freeze brownie. Of course you want to cover them really well like anything else. But a bakery I use to work for did it all the time. If you put frosting on top of your brownies, I would wait until you thaw them about before doing that but yes you can freeze.
