Brownies! Can Make And Freeze Them???

I have a grad party to bake for and they want a couple hundred brownies!! I am doing a personal coffee cup cake for the grad but they want brownies and decorated cookies for the guests! I know I can freeze cookies 'cause I do it all the time BUT I've never froze brownies! Can someone please help me?? TIA icon_rolleyes.gif

Yes you can freeze brownie. Of course you want to cover them really well like anything else. But a bakery I use to work for did it all the time. If you put frosting on top of your brownies, I would wait until you thaw them about before doing that but yes you can freeze.
