Hello all! Any ideas of how to make this cake design in 3D. I have attached a link to a cake on CC that illustrates that baby rear shot with the peekaboo face. I would like to make two baby bottoms 1 pink 1 blue diaper. I know I can use a ball or bowl cake for the bottoms. Any suggestions on how to make and attach the round heads and how to make the arms and legs. I would like to make it all in buttercream with some fondant cutouts (diaper, pin, bow for girl, etc...) Is this doable or should I steer clear of a potential disaster????? It would be so cute though!!!!

Arms and legs you could use either fondant sausages or just use choc bars (mars, snickers etc) with fondant coverage one for upper part, one for lower. Hands and feet fondant

Ursula40, great ideas! Never thought of chocolate bars. That would provide sturdiness. Any ideas on how to prop up the head? TIA
