Help! I am in the middle of a wedding cake that has cream fillings and is covered in fondant. I put in the fridge so that the cream filling will stay cold. when I took one of the tiers out of the fridge, I notice a tiny bit of condinsation, so I put it back in. what do I do tomorrow when I have to deliver it and it sits out for awhile? will it melt?

please help me fast

If the room is cool, the condensation should be minimal. It will evaporate on it's own, or you can use a small fan on low to move the air and help dry it.

I have read that if you leave it out and do NOT touch it, it should be fine=) Some even mention using a fan to help get rid of the condensation faster. But make sure you do not touch the fondant or you will end up with marks on it. Jen

I refridgerate all my cakes and most are fondant covered, they can sweat very badly as every one says just dont touch and they will dry, don't worry the fondant won't melt
