Can someone please share their recipe for dark chocolate icing? I make a good chocolate icing, but it doesn't turn out very dark! Thanks!

I think you might really like Sarah Bernhardt chocolate glaze, it is a nice dark color and is delicious. Also versatile because you can pour it as a glaze, much like ganache, or let it set up completely and iced the cake with a spatula. You can also use the set icing for the dam, border and writing.

And it is wonderful to use in a semi liquid state for dipping strawberries. They stay creamier and softer than melted chocolate alone and they don't shatter when you bite into them, yet they set up enough to not melt when you touch them.
