Okay..so I bought a whole box of individual gelatin packets. I've never made filling before, so I guess I can use it to make filling? Not sure how...anyone got ideas or recipes that doesn't require a lot of grocery shopping?

Also...what else can you use gelantin with? What is it good for besides filling- or is it just for filling?

TIA!

RachelC,

You can also use gelatin for making wings for fairies, insects etc (I used it for my dragonflys on the waterlily cake in my photos), you make up the shape out of thin wire and then drag it through the made up gelatin and let it dry once dry remove the wire. icon_smile.gif
