To perfectly smooth edges (ok Im sure I cant take full credit, someone else On CC may have already come across this too)

I use my fondant roller too.......it works really good!!!

Yes, but these are meant to be used on a fondant covered cake, have you tried them with buttercream? How did they work for you?

If anyone has tried the narrow edger, I'd be interested to know if it works! The photo looks great, but just wondering if it was actually achieved using the edger.
