Well, it's finished. It's actually a 1/2 sugar 1/2 Splenda cake made with sugar free cream cheese icing. The flowers are gumpaste and the swag is fondant (which cracked when I put it on the cake). I wrestled with that icing for 4 hours trying to get it smooth, it was TERRIBLE, and there was nothing I could add to make it better cuz ya can't use sugar in sugar free icing!!! Finally, I froze it for an hour and used my fondant roller dipped in cornstarch to get it smooth. PHEW I'm glad this one is done!!
