Just made the Buttermilk Chocolate one and everyone loved it.

I love a lot of her recipes, but the carrot cake recipe came out dry and crumbly...can someone tell me what I did wrong? Or has a recipe using cake mix for carrot cake?

I absolutely love The Cake Mix Doctor books and the website. I credit my new found interest in all things cake to her. My favorite cakes are the Lemon Lover's White Chocolate Cake, the Snickerdoodle Cake and the Holy Cannoli cake. You just have to try them. I will mention, however, that the forum on her site has really troubleshot the recipes, so if you decide to make one or have a problem with one, there is probably a fix listed for it on the forum at http://www.thecakemixdoctor.com
