I love them too! But I just have to know... do you take photos before you add the text and then just add computer text to display? Its kind of a good idea so you aren't posting people's names all over the internet...just wondering how you do that.

THanh Thanh your cakes are also ways perfect and I enjoy the designs. BTW I'm in Baton Rouge, La. myself. Did'nt know they had a workshop and you were there. I hope you enjoyed your visit.

Kitagrl, yes , that is the way I add letters on the pics (not on the cakes).

Last week, alot of people PM me to asked :how to make the leaves on my Autumn cakes. So, I try to take the pics to show the way I did, hope you all can understand and do it.

Ok, I need to jump on this bandwagon. Thanh Thanh from the first time I logged on to CC I've been in awe of your work. My son saw your fall cake and said, "mommy, that's the cake I want for my fall festival!" I just laughed and said, "yeah, me too." Thank you so much for your willingness to share your talent.

thanh thanh is the decorator that I aspire to be. I have the same reaction too when I see her cakes. "wow this is great! oh, thanh thanh did it. of course!" or I see a cake and know right away, that's thanh thanh!

I have to agree with the OP - Thanh Thanh's cakes are absolutely flawless. And her designs are so original and interesting. I love seeing new cakes - and even old ones - that she's done.
