Help! Refrigeration Or Not?

Im using a Bavarian cream filling in a cake. Is there anyone who can tell me if this has to be refrigerated after I fill it, or will it be all right sitting on the counter till Saturday? Thanks in advance ladies! God Bless!

Bavarian cream must be refrigerated.

I have had mine out for two days. I did keep the room cool. Never a problem. And God bless you too!!

Thank you so much ladies. I suppose it will be fine if I wait and do that layer Friday, then I deliever it Saturday for a 1:00 wedding. Thanks again so much!
