i guess it depends on the overall theme of the cake, but blue flowers and/or ribbon would be easy enough. is the cake already designed? Does she want something blue that specifically is a baby boy item or something blue that blends with the theme of the cake?
I'm working on the design right now. She has no theme or colors. Just wants something traditional but with pastry pride instead of BC or fondant. I believe she wants the baby blue to be something subtle. I really don't have a lot to go on here. I told her I would sketch something out and email it to her in a couple days for approval.
