hi everyone!
i make my fondant from scratch since there are no ready-made fondant available in our area.
anyway, my question is how do you make brightly colored fondant without getting that icky grainy texture after adding the paste color. it gets crumbly that it's a nightmare to roll out and drape on the cake. i have so far resorted to only pastel shades on my cakes and it's very frustrating. please help. ..icon_redface.gif

I can tell you what to do if I know which fondant recipe you are using.
