Flowergel, I looked at her books on the web. Do you know if any of her books tell you how to do just the flowers and maybe things like angel wings or butterflies. I saw what you made and they are beautiful. Are they edible? What do they taste like? I wish she were coming to California Cake Camp in September. Thanks

If anyone has ACD april/may 2004 issue she has and how do article in thier. She shows you how make roses, give a recipe. It is pretty good. You may be able to find old copies to buy on ACD. If anyone is interested. The article can get you started.
