Hiya,

I'd like to make my cousin a wedding cake. However, I have not come across any simple easy to do ones. I have not fully completed the fondant part of the course, so I have to do royal icing. I don't know how to do the buttercream one either. I'd like it to be 3 tiered and elegant. In addition, I'd also like to have the names written on the cake somehow. Any ideas would be appreciated greatly.

I thought so too. I can't remember what website it came off of, but I was hoping one day(if someone I know is really desperate for a wedding cake) it would be something i could handle!
