I have a cake for next week, and I want to try the FBCT I have heard so much about, problem, person doesn't like butter. I can make the buttercream itself w/o the butter, what I would like to know is if I make the transfer with out butter, will it still work?
Thanks.

I've never made a FBCT WITH butter, so yes, you can make one without butter. icon_smile.gif

I made my first one with BC made from Crisco. Had no problem.
