Ive never made it before, but my customer wants it in her filling. I have no idea how to make it, and im hopeing its not hard, Thanks to anyone whos able to help me out!

I don't personally have any recipes for you, but there is a web site www.allrecipes.com that you can get great custards. I use these recipes a lot.

I have used several fillings of "ladycakes"- they are fabulous! go to

I recently tried Ganache and it is delicious(sp). Amazing flavor.

Do you have the Pie and Pastry Bible by Rose Berenbaum? There is an awesome recipe for a whipped cream pastry cream, that you stabilize with gelatin. It is to die for!
