I need to find out how to do a 3-d castle cake. I saw a picture with 2 stacked tiers and paper towel rolls and ice cream cones for the towers. does anyone have any advice?

Thanks

Is this for a child's cake, wedding, birthday?

This is for a child's 1st birthday. They want a 10 in round and an 8 inch round and the towers and door like I've seen in pictures. I'm not sure how to make the bricks.

Are you going to use fondant or buttercream to frost the cake? If you are going to use fondant, you can imprint the edges of a brick into the fondant.
