Hi all, Can I pick your brain for a minute. I am trying to price mini cupcakes. What would be the serving size (I'm thinking 4). How would you price them? Per each one or per serving size? and how much? This would also just be iced with buttercream with a swirl.
Help please.

In a way they are more labor intensive. here in Southern Cal. our prices are higher. I wouldn't charge less than &1.50. You have to have a little play in there for your shopping, the paper cups etc. even your electricity.
