Looks like they flooded the cookie and let it dry. Then did overpiping -- reverse shell borders, lines, roesbuds, fleur-de-lis, etc. They're pretty easy designs actually.

it appears they used a template on the fleur de lis, you load royal into the design on the template overlaid the first base of royal, then drag a straight edge across it to even it somewhat and then remove the template. I may try this with a fleur de lis stencil I have this afternoon.
