icon_cry.gif I have tried the recipe the for rolled fondant , BUUUUUTT some how the fondant was getting to sticky and if I added more powder sugar to it, It would get to funny feeling . It pull apart to quick then it's to soft or to hard. Any advise as to what happen. I submitted a pic of Strawberry Shortcake in the gallery The cake was covered with the rolled fondant, but it was to stick to but on the cake. I had to use wax paper to transfer it from table to cake. Did anyone have this problem if so an advise will be helpful. I followed the directions to the ( T ) . and I love the taste to it as well. Which recipe did you use for the fondant? Sometimes the answer to "stickiness" isn't powdered sugar. Try rubbing a few teaspoons of Crisco onto your hands and then knead the fondant some more. That seems to work for me.
