Hello everyone,

I justed to get opinions on the stress free support system for cake stacking. How many of you used it and is it easy? I've seen in some of the cake decorating magazines that advertise for just the threaded dowels to be used instead of the regular wood or plastic ones. Has anyone bought just the threaded dowels and used in place of the normal means and are those just as easy as the whole stress free system? Thanks for all your help and opinions.

I've never used them. I know Earlene swears by them.

I just got mine a few months ago. I have used them on two grooms cakes and they have worked great. I love them so much. I stress out a lot, so anything with stress free in the name is great for me LOL icon_biggrin.gif

They look like they would be great! You'd definitely have to be doing a large tiered cake business to justify the expense...maybe someday...another item on my wish list, I guess. Janice

Thank you for all of your responses. I guess I'll stick to the usual dowels until I can save up money for the system. icon_biggrin.gif
