For my sister's wedding cake I would like to cover the base cake board to match the cake which is a deep brown color. Anyone have any suggestions? Attached is a picture the cake (I believe I found it here).

Wedding is in a couple weeks so I need help asap in case I need to order something.

Can you find a brown wrapping paper or craft paper and cover it with clear cello or saran?? That's what I would do probably. Hope this helps.

Colette Peters recommends using color flow on the cake base. Maybe you could use brown color flow to cover yours? You could then cover the side of the cake base with a ribbon to match...
