I'd like to try the royal icing for writing but really can't use a whole recipe right now (just no time!!!) and don't want to just throw it all away....

Can I freeze it in a bowl, if so, for how long will it stay good for?

Thanks!

i usually keep mine in a grease free airtight container its usually good for 2 weeks just mix it again before you use it...for writing i find piping gel of thin buttercream works really well...hth

Do you keep yours in the frig or freezer or just at room temp?

Thanks again!

You can make a quarter or half batch of RI. I do that when I need just a little bit. icon_smile.gif
