I need to do a sheet cake for 100 people. How can I get this smooth all over? Also, how do I fill up that amount of space with just a few words and pics?? hmm Its for a man so I have to take it easy on the flowers.

you dont have to use flowers at all you can use what ever he is in to say sports or what ever...

But to make it smooth what your going to do is use the icing tip and put your stripes down the cake long wise then your going to take a large spatula one of the ones that is bent and your going to smooth your icing then let it crust a few and then take your paper towel Viva and a fondant smoother and just like your ironing your going to iron it smooth... hope that helps..
