Hi! I am making a green pistachio cake in honor of the upcoming holiday. I have seen people add a box of pudding to a cake mix, I am just wondering about filling... what kind would you use? (I also have Lorinne Oil in this flavor..)
Thanks!

I would go with a vanilla filling. You could do pistachio pudding, but that might be pistachio overload. You could use vanilla pudding, or just lightly flavor your bc with the oil and fill with bc.

I think that a chocolate filling would go well, or even something cherry. Pistachio and cherry are a popular combination.

And chocolate, and cherry, and pistachio make Supmoni, an old Italian favorite!

Fill it with ambrosia! icon_smile.gif Mmmmm.....my family makes a version of ambrosia that is whipped cream, crushed pineapple, coconut flakes, and a pistachio pudding mix. You could do it with or without the pudding mix, since you'll have the pudding mix in the cake, either way it would be YUMM-O! icon_smile.gif
